  1. Apologies that we're only now seeing your post. This forum may expand in the future to the other products, however I don't expect it to happen any time soon. You can always go to https://automation.omron.com and use our live chat M-F, 8a-5p CST or email us at ia.techsupport@omron.com and someone can definitely get you squared away. Thank you!
  2. Good afternoon Murray. You are correct that we don't currently have a forum that covers those products. However, please feel free to go to https://automation.omron.com and use our live chat from 8a-5p CST, M-F, or email ia.techsupport@omron.com to get assistance with that. Thank you!
  3. The MV Unlock license is only for customers who would like to convert a V4x0-F camera to be a machine vision F4x0-F, so you don't need that. I will also clarify that the AutoVISION license will include OCR functionality, but OCV requires the Verification/OCV license, so which you'll need will depend on which of those capabilities you'll truly need to use. Thanks!
  4. Unfortunately we do not have any info on that Node-RED application.
  5. This Quick Start Guide will explain possible fixes for issues related to incorrect display of screenshots produced when clicking the “Print” button in the Calibration section of the LVS-95XX software. TSG QSG - How to Fix Calibration Print Output Display Size Issues.pdf
  6. On rare occasions, the error below may appear when using an LVS-95XX-series barcode verifier: “Warning: A camera contains a non-numeric serial number and cannot be accessed”. A similar and related error message may appear which includes the phrase “DEADBEEF”. Unlike other potential error messages that may make mention of the verifier’s serial number, both of these error messages indicate an unrecoverable camera hardware failure. If you encounter either of these errors, please contact OMRON Technical Support through a channel below to explore possible factory repair options or to be put in touch with a sales representative for a quote to purchase a replacement verifier.
  7. The LVS-95XX software supports printing functions in several areas, but the software itself does not let you choose a destination printer. Rather, the LVS-95XX uses the default Windows printer. Supported Devices: · All LVS-95XX devices utilizing LVS-95XX software. Instructions: 1. Before selecting the desired Windows default printer, ensure the LVS-95XX software is closed since any changes made won’t take effect until the software is restarted. 2. In Windows, navigate to the “Control Panel” > “Devices and Printers”. 3. Locate the printer to be the Windows default, right-click on its icon, then in the context menu select “Set as default printer”. 4. If successful, the icon of the desired default printer should now contain a green checkmark as shown below. This will then be used as the destination printer for the LVS-95XX software the next time it is started.
