I believe I have a ACC-24E3 with an intermittent solder connection on a pin on one of the 36pin mini connectors. What is involved in removing it from the chassis?

Occasionally my PPMAC IDE gets in a state where the save command seems to be ignored. I type save, enter key, nothing appears in the window, no save seems to be executed. I've tried exiting out of the IDE and back in, same thing. Out of curiosity I typed savex, enter key, savex appears in the window and after a few seconds, save complete.....

I'm trying to interface an ACC-24E3 to a Copley Micro Panel amp using a 50% PWM signal, amp enable signal, amp fault signal. Where can I find the electrical specs for the ACC-24E3 Amplifier signals on the 36-pin mini-d connector? Schematic? Is there an electrical interface app note available for interfacing these two devices?

The software that commands our Delta Tau system was written assuming a coordinate system for each of our 26 motors. I have set the max number of coordinate systems to 32 with sys.maxcoords=32 but when I try to run a program giving it a coordinate system greater than 15 the program hangs. Is there another variable that needs to be set? (I'm a newbie...) Thanks!
