Is there any detailed information about Bkgthread sem_timedwait? When entering "ECAT[0].Enable=1" in the terminal window , it appears. I want to know what caused it.
The error name appears to be caused by a thread timeout.

What is you firmware version?
There has been significant fixes related to ECAT in the latest releases.
That issue might be already fixed in one of those

Current firmware version 2.7.0.0

This is the firmware version I obtained through a local Omron agent. Can you please tell me which version solved this bug?

I suggest you have a look in the relase notes present in the Software Reference Manual.

There are some fixes related to ECAT.
Just to be clear, I'm not sure if it's related to your problem, but it might help to narrow down the issue.

The most reasonable would be discussing with your local Omron agent if it makes sense to upgrade your system to the latest release.

[EDIT]
The sem_timedwait error seems to be related  to ECAT[i].IoctlSemTimeout.
You can find the ECAT error codes in the post

What is the ECAT[0].Type ?
If ECAT[0].Type=1, I'd say that worth to try to upgrade the firmware to 2.7.1.
