"Resource Unavailable...." on SendGetSends

I am occasionally getting this error message when I attempt to run the sendgetsends application.

root@192.168.2.8:/opt/ppmac/sendgetsends# ./sendgetsends -0
Xenomai Posix skin init: pthread_setschedparam: Resource temporarily unavailable
root@192.168.2.8:/opt/ppmac/sendgetsends#

The only workaround I've found when this happens is to fully power cycle the PMAC.  Then, normal operation returns.
Any ideas on the cause of this ??

I would suspect that sendgetsends is still open from a previous ssh connection, like it's said on these both topics:
 

 

You can check that doing a "ps -aux | grep sendgetsends".

If I deliberately try to open sendgetsends while previously in use in another session, I will get this error message:

Error: The following SendFiles are locked and being used, 0 

Which makes sense....so, the "Resource Temporarily unavailable..."  message must be something else ????

They are the same. The first is the Linux response – it does not know PMAC or the “resources” unavailable. The second is the PMAC response - it does know.
