DaveBarnett Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 There are a number of items in PP non-volatile memory which don’t get disturbed when the user does a factory reset ($$$***). The IP settings, for example. How can I create my own non-volatile variables that act this same way? ‘Would be useful for things like machine offsets, etc. I suppose you could write a C program to write out to a file, etc. But, it would be nice to have a native support for this.
Sangmo Posted August 29, 2019 Posted August 29, 2019 You can remove the write protection of PowerPMAC, then save a file and load it with Gpascii every time it is powered on.
