RIMS can only retrieve job data from a powered PC. Insure the QC / LVS7000 PC is on the Network. This may require customer IT support. Insure the JOBS folder on the In1= PATH (QC / LVS7000 PC) has File Sharing enabled. This may require customer IT support.
