I´m trying to install ruby on ppmac, but I don´t get a connection to the internet, so I´m not able to download it on ppmac

i have no internet connection on it for downloading some things. What could I do to fix this?

I tested it, but I`m unable to change the ip from 192.168.0.200 to 192.168.178.200.

Are there any resolves for this?
