Thank you AAnikstein for your response.
Like you advise the coordinate system segmentation was zero.
The problem has been fixed.

Hello everyone,
Please I want to ask if it is possible for the turbo PMAC to not respond to certain commands.
I noticed that my machine doesn't respond to certain commands such as CIRCLE 1 and CIRCLE 2. When I issue these commands the machine executes them as a straight (LINEAR) command.
Also, I changed the plain but I didn't notice any changes. that is I used K-1 at first then later changed it to J-1 and I-1 but didn't notice any changes.
I also wrote a program using ABS and later changed to INC yet I didn't notice any changes in the execution.
Is it possible that the machine doesn't respond to certain commands or what could be the cause ?
Please I will appreciate your contribution'
Thanking you in advance.
Best Regards,
Samuel

Hello everyone,
I just configured a micro milling machine and in order to test the machine, I wrote a simple program to generate a profile. The program has linear and circle commands.
I ran the program yesterday and it worked. it generated the profile I wanted.
but I came in today to test the same program but it's not generating the profile. instead of circular motion, it is generating a straight line.
please can anybody tell me what might be the cause?
I will sincerely appreciate your assistance to help me fix this problem
Thank you

Samuel

Hello everyone,
Please I want to ask if it is possible to run a Profile Simulation using the PEWIN32PRO2 software?
I am setting up a micro-milling system that will cut simple and complex profiles.
So, I want to write a program that can cut a profile using the micro milling machine but before conducting a real cutting process, I want to run the program and see the resulting output profile on the terminal.
Please I will like to know if this is possible using the PENWIN32PRO2 SOFTWARE?
Thank you.
Regards,
Sam
PS: I using three motors with a TURBO2, X4, and a spindle.

Thank you so much Gregs and Eric.
The problem has been solved.
I cleared the settings using the $$$*** command and I uploaded the setup again.
When I did that it worked fine as expected and all the phasing and home of the motors were completed without errors.
Thank you.
meanwhile, my PMAc is a TURBO2, X4

Hello everyone,
Please can some educate me on how to fix Fatal following Error and warning following Error?
I always get Fatal following Error and Warning following Error on motor 3 whenever I attempt homing and phasing.
I have three motors and motors 1 and 2 usually complete homing and phasing except motor 3.
Please can someone tell me how I can fix it?
Thank you.
Sam.

Dear Gregs,
Thank you for the information.
I just got to know that my machine is a QMAC Turbo- TURBO2, X4, Version 1.947 after I entered TYPE and VERSION on the PEWIN32PRO terminal.
I have been making a lot of attempts to set up the Geo brick amplifier and controller and I have not succeeded so I wanted to use PMAC IDE because I thought the difficulty I was facing was a result of using PEWIN32PRO.
Thank you for letting me know that the IDE cannot work with my machine since it's a TURBO.

Samuel

I just started using the Geo Brick LV amplifier/controller.
Please can anyone give me the manual for the Geo Brick LV setup software?
Thank you.
G-code program
in Turbo PMAC
Posted
Hello everyone,
I tried running a G code on my PMAC and I noticed that Rapid move (G00) and Dwell (G04) commands are not responding the way I thought they should considering their corresponding PMAC program command.
The G04 does not respond and the G00 command moves very slow than expected
I have run the G-code subroutine program (PROG 1000).
It seems strange to me because other G-code commands work alright.
Please can anyone provide any information that will guide me to fix this?
Thank you
Regards,
Sam
