  1. Hi Andrew - This sounds like the mdb file has been corrupted. If this is a new installation, delete the current LVS-95XX.mdb file and replace it with the mdb file from your USB drive. If that doesn't work, or if you don't have the USB drive anymore, send me the serial number of the device and I'll send you a new copy of the mdb. If this isn't a new installation, rename the mdb file and send it to me. Then try loading the original mdb into the C:\Users\Public\LVS=05XX folder. Best regards, Hank
