wael alaswad Posted January 10 Share Posted January 10 I have installed Microscan 4.4.2.3008 for LVS-9580 on two machines ( laptop and desktop ), the software is working fine on the laptop while it is not detecting the camera on the desktop machine. the desktop device manager is detecting that an imaging device is connected. but when start the microscan, the camera has one option on lt which is OFF, and the ON option is not there as if there is no camera connected. camera SN: 16171187 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What version Windows and Build number is running on the desktop PC.
