milklikecoffee
Hi I wanted to share my Problems and Solutions to make them findable and help other people to find solutions to their Problems. I got an error while debugging my shafting. Error: motor[x].AmpFault Description:Successfully activated and jog is no problem . But An error has occurred Unfortunately, the manual only has a description of this bug and no workaround

But An error has occurred Unfortunately, the manual only has a description of this bug and no workaround There are a number of reasons for AmpFault, and I think you need to provide some information before we can give you a recommendation. What product are you using? CK3M? CK3E? Power UMAC? What motor are you using? Brand? Model? Are you using an EtherCAT motor? What position sensor are you using? Serial encoders? Communication protocols? How did you set up PPMAC? What parameters did you set?
milklikecoffee
"MoMo" Thank you for participating, I just figured out the solution myself. Resolution: “motor[x]. AmpFaultLevel=0”
leandro.martins
@milklikecoffee, make sure that you are not "bypassing" an amplifier-fault. The AmpFaultLevel will depend on the amplifier configuration that you are using. As a start, I would recommend to check: Motor[x].pAmpFault Motor[x].AmpFaultBit As you said, this might be useful for someone else, so it is important to add that setting Motor[x].AmpFaultLevel to 0 is not a general solution.
