We are using CPU: CK5M-CPU131, Servo: 1S 3kW Servo, Remote IO: NX-ECC203. "Unknown error (code: 9811017b). Link is crossed for master, please check the connections for master." If the terminal window can return the slave station information, the hardware is normal. From the analysis of your feedback, it may be that the EtherCAT In Out connection is reversed.
