Channel problem

I'm using Power PMAC IDE to do Test and Commission the motor. My hardware are ACC-24E2A and AMP-1 4-axis linear amplifier. This servo motor has been tested in other channels without problem. But in one channel, I got the Debug Message as below. Even I changed the direction, it still didn't work. Could somebody help me? Thanks!

Did you get motor motion in these tests?

 

If you did get motion, did PMAC detect it? If you turn the motor by hand, do you see the motor position in the IDE's position window change? Most likely, something in the encoder hardware or the software that processes it is not working properly, so PMAC thinks the motor is not moving.
