TTrice
I have been struggling with reloading backup files that I thought were current. With help from DT engineer, we seem to be getting closer. In the future, how would it be best to save a complete backup of all files, including registries, motor setup and configuration to be loaded incase of another computer failure. Omron Forums Support
I'm assuming you are using the PMAC-NC Pro2 software. If so there is a fairly comprehensive section titled "System Backup" which outlines how to save the PMAC configuration, Windows Registry settings, and setttings files which together should allow you to bring back a crashed PC to functioning order. steve.milici
For a detailed description of this process see the section "SYSTEM BACKUP" in the "PMAC-NC Pro2 Software Reference Manual" starting on page 12: http://www.deltatau.com/manuals/pdfs/PMAC-NC%20PRO2.pdf?id=635787783277989394
