465 CPU operating temperature

I have a question about the operating temperature of the 465 CPU.

 

I would like to know the safe operating temperature threshold and the maximum temporarily usable temperature threshold.

 

And I want to know the lifespan specifications of the CPU cooling fan.

Ambient operating temperature:

0 to 55 degree C

 

Ambient operating humidity:

10 to 95% RH (with no icing or condensation)

 

Ambient storage temperature:

-25 to 70 degree C (with no icing or condensation)

 

The CPU cooling fan life is seven years.
