MicroHAWK ID Legacy- Camera Login Reset

This guide will help you regain access to your camera if you have forgotten your camera login
password. This will be achieve by deleting the camera's Weblink user settings configuration
file. In order to delete this file we will need to connect to the camera via the ftp protocol.
Instructions:
1. Open the windows command prompt program.
2. Type in the following command:
                a. ftp [CAMERA_IP _ADDRESS]
                b. Example
                                i. ftp 192.168.188.2
3. Type in "target" for the User. Then click Enter.
4. Type in "password" for the Password. Then click Enter.
5. If the ftp login was successful, you should get a "Login OK" message.
6. Enter the following command to delete the settings.json file.
a. delete /sd0:0/http/user/settings.json
7. If the delete command was successful, you should get a "File Deleted" message. The
camera's login feature should now be defaulted and turned off. The windows command
prompt program can now be closed.
8. The camera's Weblink interface can now be opened to double check the login
requirement is no longer needed.
