Omron Forums Support Posted March 8, 2022 Posted March 8, 2022 This tech note details how to manually install the drivers for the MicroHAWK ID-20 or ID-30 if needed. Download the drivers and extract to a folder.https://automation.omron.com/en/us/support/resources/downloads?query=Microhawk&filters=type==document&page=1&pageSize=10 Next, go to the Command prompt and change the directory to the extracted (unzipped) location. Open a command prompt and navigate to that folder. Example: Type cd C:\Users\daan.neijenhuis\Downloads\Hawk\Drivers and press Enter. To install the drivers, run install_drivers/f After installation, you can connect the ID-20/30 to the USB port and Windows should recognize the device and install the appropriate drivers. You may need to power cycle the ID-20/30 after installation, as sometimes the DHCP times out before the driver installation is completed. This is a one-time thing, afterwards it will detect the device and enable these drivers immediately. Quote
