Explanation:To use your device with AutoVISION the device will need to be on the same version firmware that AutoVISION configures cameras. If AutoVISION is freezing or crashing when the “create job” button is clicked, the firmware on the device may be on a different version than the AutoVISION software. Updating the device’s firmware may correct this issue and allow your device to work with the AutoVISION software.
