Determine Barcode Orientation

This paper will show the Orientation related to Picket Fence and Ladder as a barcode is presented to the scanner. This can increase or decrease decode times depending on travel speeds when presented to the laser scanner. And is a major factor on whether a laser based scanner can work at certain line speeds.
