Omron Forums Support Posted March 14, 2022 Share Posted March 14, 2022 If the error shown in the below screenshot is encountered following installation of the LVS-95XX software please attempt the following procedures in order until one is successful. Ensure the verifier is always plugged into the USB port on your PC prior to starting the LVS-95XX software.1. Restart the PC.2. Attempt to repair the software in Windows by going to "Start" > "Control Panel" > "Programs and Features", then selecting the LVS-95XX software and choosing the "Repair" option.3. Perform a full uninstall/reinstall using the guide at the link below:https://microscansystems.force.com/KnowledgeBase/s/article/Doing-a-Fresh-Install-for-the-LVS-95XX-Integra-95XX-software4.
