Improving Visionscape PDF417 barcode reading

The minimum bar width must be a minimum of 2 pixels for the barcode tool. Larger element sizes are needed for robust PDF417 barcode reading. This can be accomplished by using Rect Warp with scale factor set to 150% for X and Y. The Barcode tool ROI must be made significantly larger than the barcode for the algorithm to locate and properly decode the barcode.
