Omron Forums Support Posted March 14, 2022 Share Posted March 14, 2022 When resetting the password for an Operator ID account in the LVS-95XX software, it is required that you reenter the entire password, rather than simply the characters you are changing.For example, if you are changing the password from "microscan1" to "microscan3", you cannot simply delete the last digit and replace it with "3"; you actually need to delete the entire old password and retype the new password or else the change will not be accepted, producing the below error: Software Version All Operating System Windows 10;Windows 7;Windows XP Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
