OCV tool training problem

Characters must have a 1 to 2 pixel border space between the edge of the character and the Character ROI when training new characters into OCV Font (library). If the Character ROI is too tight around the character in the OCV Font (library), then the OCV Font tool or OCV Runtime tool has difficulties finding the character when the OCV tool is trained.
