Omron Forums Support Posted March 14, 2022 Share Posted March 14, 2022 There are several reasons why the Basler camera may not start when PanelScan starts. The most common reason is that the camera is not connected to the same network as the computer. The second is that the PanelScan System Setting for number of cameras is set to 0.To address both these situations, follow these steps: 1. Power cycle the camera.2. Check that the camera is powered and the ethernet is connected to the same network as the computer.3. Open Pylon Viewer and check that the camera is visible. 3. In the PanelScan software, check the System Settings menu (Config -- System Configuration). Number of cameras should be greater than 0. Make sure that the camera serial number is entered.
