Support available for Itran MVP 2000T (I-Pak Classic)?

In September 2008, Microscan acquired the Siemens Machine Vision group, which through the mergers over the years can be traced back to Itran. Itran is the company developed the MVP 2000T (I-Pak Classic) vision system. In 1999, RVSI Acuity CiMatrix notified all registered I-Pak Classic customers that product support could only be guaranteed through December 2000. At this point Microscan does not provide support for the I-Pak Classic vision system. Microscan has expanded on the capabilities of the I-Pak Classic vision system over several generations of product and currently offers the Visionscape I-Pak vision system to meet the pharmaceutical packaging inspection requirements.
