Unicornai Posted December 20, 2023 Share Posted December 20, 2023 I want to know more about the rules of CCR, the instructions in the manual can't solve my problem, sometimes I will prompt CCLeadOutMoveError when I use it, sometimes it will directly lose power and crash PMAC down, I read the manual, except how to use there are no detailed instructions, so I want to ask for advice on how CCR can make my program run without error or down, thank you. You will need to be more descriptive with what is occurring. The “Power PMAC User’s Manual” fully documents the tool radius compensation feature. See the section “Tool (Cutter) Radius Compensation” starting on page 705 for more details. The “CCLeadOutMoveError” is documented as (page 720) “Illegal cutter compensation lead-out move (circle mode or length not greater than cutter radius)” indicating your lead out move will overcut the workpiece.
