The following Excel spreadsheet calculates the Power PMAC equivalent of Turbo PMAC PID gains for same servo frequency.

 

It also includes the conversion for current loop gains for same Phase frequency.

One question. What if motor units change from the Turbo to the Power Pmac application?

 

For our Turbo application, motor units are encoder counts. For the Power Pmac application, Motor[x].PosSf and Motor[x].Pos2Sf are set so motor units are in millimeters.

There are 4 inputs in the spreadsheet which are Ix08, Ix09 and Motor[x].PosSf and Motor[x].Pos2Sf. These have been considered in conversion.
