glennstanley
Brick responds with E0000000 error after attempt to phase any axis. However, no axis has limits violation. Could this be a runt-time error of sorts?
glennstanley
...Can’t phase a thing Yet there are no limits on any of axes 1-4. I can't remember how to poke register Y:$002014. tried with MVar M1000->Y:$002014 but that does not work I also tried RESET LED INACTIVE and +5 are glowing My customer reports that he does not see anything on 7-segment (D10) display Also did $$$*** I also cycled power. Richard Naddaf
M var assignment should work. You can look at the coordinate system status in the Pewin. You can issue RY:$2014 in the terminal window. Can you enable with #nO0? Do you have feedback? How are you phasing? What hardware do you have? $$$*** deletes commutation parameters! What is RESET? What LED and +5 are you referring to? New or existing installation?

I attempted to phase using #1$ RY gets me 0 I tried #1o0 and get "attempt to perform phase reference during move, move during phase reference, or enabling with phase clock error" This is a GBL4-CO-505-??D We attempted hardware RESET on outside of GEO Brick chassis These LEDS are under the (D10) 7-segment display There are 4 LEDS. I don't have a WD (Watch Dog) glowing LED This config file was running for some time until now. It is in the field. I don't have any LIMITS set for any axis. glennstanley
My problem continues. RY gets me 0. No change. I see PEWin32Pro2 reports in the terminal header Terminal: Device #0 [QMAC TURBO]V.1947 I think it be "GEO Brick Drive" instead of QMAC. What do I do now? How do I confirm it might REALLY be a QMAC? Unit101
Check the Abort input and Halls. 1. #4$ command failed with error code E0000000 -one reason is that Halls are not returning a valid state -for example if remove +5v to the halls this error will come back 2. #4$ command failed with error code E0000000 -the Abort Input is Active which does not allow power to output stage -chk global status Y:$6,0 = 1 = abort input active = will not phase
Richard Naddaf
Look at the global status window. This is a Geo Brick LV drive. Sounds like you either have no clocks or the abort input is not wired.
glennstanley
Look at the global status window. This is a Geo Brick LV drive. Sounds like you either have no clocks or the abort input is not wired. With the assistance of your support staff via telephone, we have concluded that the Geo Brick AC internal amplifier has failed. Unit does not replay to ampver ampmod only produces and error message. The unit is being prepped for rma Thanks.
