CompTable Upload in IDE 2.2.1.25 Unreliable

I have a comptable that I download with gpascii. I can verify the content has been sent by querying directly in a terminal window, and in a gpascii session, however when I use the Comp Table Setup utility in the IDE it does not show any content.

I am not able to reproduce these results in IDE 2.2.1.25 or 3.0.1.0. Contact TSG (support@deltatau.com) with your data for evaluation.
