how to connect to old "Serial Number - Part Number - Rev Info"

under Delta Tau, there used to be a "Serial Number - Part Number - Rev Info" link, "http://www.deltatau.com/sn/" - where is it now?

This is in the process of being moved to the Omron Automation website (https://automation.omron.com/en/us/). This is expected to be up within a few weeks.

 

In the meantime, please contact ODT technical support with any SNs you need to have looked up. Send them to ODT-Support@Omron.com as text (no images please) and we can provide the product information.

Hi Steve,

Did this serial number lookup page ever get moved to somewhere on the Omron website?
It made it easier to check for revision model numbers on sub-assemblies.

Are they just going to do away with it could have at least left the old site up in the meantime.

This is currently under “reconstruction”. They are working on a website landing-page for this. ODT-Support@Omron.com can look up any SNs for you.
