I replied on August 1st by email that I still do not have access to subscribe (to anything) via the link https://automation.omron.com/en/us/omronnow/products-updates/product-launches/. No reply received until today. 1. Can you (again) poke customer care regarding my case? 2. steve.milici Posted August 14, 2023 Share Posted August 14, 2023 You have a currently validated OmronNow account. You have been assigned the role of customer. You can log into OmronNow but cannot see modification notices because those are only accessible to distributors. Distributor permissions are only given to those with email domains from our Omron listed distributors. Please contact your distributor for this.
