motionusa
What is the maximum value for sys.time? At some point will it roll over back to 0?
Omron Forums Support
18446744073709551616 seconds, or about 1461386790276.7773327406264921452 years. I doubt the PPMAC would still exist by the time it rolls over.

ibisjoe
the Sys.Time is in seconds, so it would be 1.79769 * 10^308 / 86400 seconds per day / 365 days per year ~= 5.7 * 10^300 years.

KEJR
I needed 10^307 years... now I'm hosed. What about leap year? ;-) the Sys.Time is in seconds, so it would be 1.79769 * 10^308 / 86400 seconds per day / 365 days per year ~= 5.7 * 10^300 years. (Joe wins!) steve.milici
I think the bigger problem here is the loss of resolution for lengthy on-times of operation. After about 100 Million years, or so, you will loose microsecond resolution. I would strongly recommend a power cycle at least every 50 Million years - just to be safe.
